Prior to joining PayPal, I was Director of Experience Design for Closed Loop, a UX consultancy, where I led a team of strategists, researchers, and designers to build engaging experiences for major brands.

Prior to joining Closed Loop, I was Associate Director of UX & Product Management for enterprise healthcare technology at The Advisory Board Company. There I focused on transitioning a widely used nursing workload and scheduling product into its next generation. Through Agile practices, we rebuilt the entire product, leveraging customer research, to create a product that surpassed the value and features of its predecessor.

For 18 years I have designed experiences in a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, arts, travel, retail, insurance, finance, and electronic design automation.
