I currently work as Lead User Experience Designer at PayPal, where I collaborate with global and regional designers and stakeholders to build a new generation of design systems, standards, and tools.
Prior to joining PayPal, I was Director of Experience Design for Closed Loop, a UX consultancy, where I led a team of strategists, researchers, and designers to build engaging experiences for major brands.
Prior to joining Closed Loop, I was Associate Director of UX & Product Management for enterprise healthcare technology at The Advisory Board Company. There I focused on transitioning a widely used nursing workload and scheduling product into its next generation. Through Agile practices, we rebuilt the entire product, leveraging customer research, to create a product that surpassed the value and features of its predecessor.
For 18 years I have designed experiences in a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, arts, travel, retail, insurance, finance, and electronic design automation. This diverse landscape of domain knowledge has given me the opportunity to see the world from a variety of perspectives. Experience design allows me to be curious, empathic and analytical to help shape the dynamic and complex world around us.
